By accessing net-panelhub.click (the “Site”) operated by Panelhub Business Advisors (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

Panelhub Business Advisors provides business continuity planning consultations for local operators, including on-site assessments, staff handover documentation, and supplier contingency reviews. Service details, scope, and pricing are confirmed in a separate written quote prior to engagement.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Changhua County, Taiwan.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
