Refund Policy

Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and rescheduling conditions for Panelhub Business Advisors consultations.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to paid consulting engagements with Panelhub Business Advisors, including Business Continuity Assessments, Staff Handover Planning, and Supplier Contingency Reviews. It does not apply to free phone consultations or informational content on the Site.

2. Deposit and Payment Structure

  • A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of a written quote
  • The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of final documents
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer or cash

3. Cancellation by Client

Before On-Site Work Begins

If you cancel after paying the deposit but before we commence on-site discovery:

  • More than 14 days before scheduled start: Full deposit refund minus NT$500 administrative fee
  • 7–14 days before scheduled start: 50% of deposit refunded
  • Less than 7 days before scheduled start: Deposit is non-refundable

After On-Site Work Has Begun

Once we have conducted an on-site visit or staff interview, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel mid-engagement, you are responsible for work completed to date, calculated on a pro-rata basis against the total quoted fee.

4. Rescheduling

You may reschedule an on-site visit once at no charge if you notify us at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling requests with less than 7 days’ notice incur a NT$2,000 rescheduling fee to cover preparation time.

We will accommodate rescheduling due to typhoon warnings or government-mandated closures without fee.

5. No-Shows

If our consultant arrives at your premises at the scheduled time and cannot gain access or contact you within 30 minutes, the visit is treated as a no-show. No-show visits are charged at the full day rate and are not eligible for refund.

6. Cancellation by Panelhub

We reserve the right to cancel an engagement if:

  • You provide materially inaccurate information about your operation
  • On-site conditions pose a safety risk to our consultant
  • Payment is not received as agreed

In such cases, any unused portion of your deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

7. Refund Eligibility for Delivered Work

Full Refund

A full refund of all amounts paid (including deposit) is available only if:

  • We fail to deliver the agreed documents within 30 days of the quoted delivery date without a mutually agreed extension
  • Delivered documents do not include the deliverables listed in your written quote

Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • Delivered documents require substantial revision beyond the one included revision round due to errors on our part
  • An agreed deliverable is missing but other work was completed satisfactorily

Partial refunds are calculated based on the proportion of undelivered or deficient work.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Work already delivered and accepted (or not rejected within 14 days of delivery)
  • On-site visit days already completed
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (printing, travel beyond quoted amounts)
  • Revisions requested beyond the one included round, unless due to our error

8. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email info@net-panelhub.click with your name, engagement date, and reason for the request
  2. We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days
  3. We review the request and respond with a decision within 10 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed via bank transfer within 14 business days of approval

9. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us to discuss resolution. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Changhua County courts under our Terms of Service.
