Our Process
How Panelhub works with local operators — from first phone call to delivered continuity documents your staff can use.
From First Call to Finished Binder
Every engagement follows the same proven sequence, adapted to your industry and team size. We do not use generic templates — each document reflects how your specific operation runs.
Initial Conversation (Free, 30 Minutes)
We discuss your operation, current risks, and what prompted you to seek help. You describe your staff structure, supplier dependencies, and any past disruptions. We confirm whether our services fit and outline likely scope and cost. No obligation to proceed.
Written Quote & Scheduling
Within two business days, you receive a written quote listing deliverables, timeline, and payment terms. Once you accept and pay the deposit, we schedule on-site visits at times that minimise disruption to your daily trade.
On-Site Discovery
We arrive during a normal operating day. We observe opening procedures, customer flow, inventory handling, and closing routines. We take notes — not photographs of your premises unless you request documentation images for your binder.
Staff Interviews
We speak individually with you and up to three people who handle critical tasks. Questions focus on what they do when problems arise: a late delivery, a broken machine, an absent colleague. These conversations reveal knowledge gaps that observation alone cannot surface.
Document Drafting
Back at our office, we compile findings into structured documents: checklists, contact sheets, decision trees, and supplier maps. Language is plain — written for the person who opens at dawn, not for a management consultant.
Team Walkthrough
We return for a shorter session to review the draft with your team. Your staff test the checklists against a live shift. We revise based on feedback — one round of revisions is included in every engagement.
Delivery & Follow-Up
Final documents are delivered in print and digital formats. A follow-up phone call within 30 days addresses questions that arise once your team uses the materials independently.
Ready to Begin?
Most engagements start with a short phone call. Tell us about your operation and we will confirm next steps.
