Our History
Panelhub began when founder James Huang returned to Changhua after a decade advising family businesses in Taichung. A hardware store owner he knew had to close for three weeks when his only trained assistant quit without notice. The owner knew every supplier by memory but had never written anything down. That gap — between how well a shop runs day-to-day and how quickly it fails when one person disappears — became the focus of Panelhub.
Over the past decade, we have worked with bakeries, motorcycle repair bays, night-market food stalls, small garment workshops, and agricultural supply retailers across Changhua County. We do not sell software or subscriptions. We visit your location, observe how work actually happens, and leave written plans your staff can use.
Our Approach
We believe continuity planning should be practical, not theoretical. Every engagement starts on-site. We watch your morning routine, ask your part-time helpers what confuses them, and review your supplier invoices. The output is always a physical or digital document your team can reference — not a slide deck that sits in a folder.
We work in English and Mandarin. Most of our clients are Taiwanese family businesses, but we also serve foreign residents who operate shops in the region.
